All content on TapVoter, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide our Service.

6. Pricing and Payment

Free Services

Elections are completely free forever with no limits on voters, elections, or features. This includes all voting methods, real-time results, and data export capabilities.

Premium Poll Services

Important: All premium poll payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Your billing relationship for premium features is with Polar, not TapVoter. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice.

Refund Policy

• TapVoter Polls Pro subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee from first billing date
• Single Premium Polls ($5): Refunds available within 48 hours of purchase if poll has not been activated
• All refunds: Processed by Polar according to their refund policy and timeline
• Free services: No refunds applicable as elections remain free forever

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining voter anonymity.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
